an ode to old-world charm
seamless parking clean room
i really appreciated the seamless valet parking it made arrival simple. the room was very clean and well kept and i could not have wished for a better space after my travels. the hotel is a treasure trove of comfort and elegance.
i found the elevator wait times occasionally long which was a minor inconvenience. i am sure this can be addressed to streamline guest experience.

the room featured rich decor with fine views of elgin street, i reminded me of i was in a dream. spacious with a beautiful bathroom that i found very romantic.

the hotel provides a perfect central location. transportation options were convenient. the elevators run promptly. a valet was super helpful and took care of our car. the room was clean.
wifi is basic and if you want high speed you have to upgrade.

modern equipment shaded section efficient staff
I enjoyed the fitness center. It included three treadmills and two stationary bikes. the pool area had about twenty loungers and also a shaded section. i found the housekeeping staff friendly and efficient.
the ice machine on my floor seemed to be out of service, a minor inconvenience.

valet parking attentive staff noisy air conditioner small bathroom
The valet parking was very nice. The lobby staff are very attentive. I liked the cleanliness of the rooms and that the location is close to parliament buildings.
The air conditioner was noisy as it would kick on and off frequently. The bathroom space was small and tight for me. It was difficult for me to close the door after sitting on the toilet.
